Before I started working with Tim my shoulder was in a less than ideal place due to previous injuries. I’ve had 8 dislocations in total.
My shoulder felt unstable and unable to perform to the level I wanted it to, which left me with next to no confidence in my shoulder and left me feeling out of balance in comparison to my uninjured side.
The benefits have been astronomical. I’m now pressing some serious load at this moment in time. Feeling good and seriously, seriously happy with the work we’ve done together. Most importantly my confidence in the stability of my shoulder has massively increased.

I was continually going back to physio and not getting the long-term fix.​

After working with Dynamic Shoulders, training is going really well and I've stepped things up a bit. Now doing deficit pike push-ups, barbell shoulder pressing, wall walks and deficit press ups with the weight vest. All of which would have been a problem before.
